Responsibilities

  • Supervise, manage, and inspect engineering systems of the building (electrical, mechanical, plumbing).

  • Manage and lead the technician team to perform tasks according to standards and schedules.

  • Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • Prepare inspection reports and improve systems for safety and maximum efficiency.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields).

  • Professional Engineering License (PE License).

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in engineering and building systems management.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
