Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager in developing strategies to acquire new retail tenants and leasing opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and business partners.

  • Analyze market trends to identify and maximize sales and leasing opportunities.

  • Monitor contract processes and coordinate with legal and property management teams.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, leasing, retail, or real estate.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; English communication skills are an advantage.
